How our laundromat works

Grab a top up card & load it with funds

No need to worry about having the right change. Use our pre paid card system.
Just follow the easy instructions on the machine located at the Pay Station at the back of our premises.

Lets get washing

Place your items in the washer. Put your washing powder or liquid where shown. Place your Laundry card on the reader where indicated. Select your wash cycle. Press Start. Remove your laundry card.

Next for the drying

Place your clothes in the dryer and close the door. Place your laundry card on the reader where indicated. Select your temperature setting and press start. Remove your laundry card and keep it for next time.

Do I need to bring detergent?

You are welcome to BYO favourite detergent but if you forget we now have a vending machine onsite that dispenses both washing powder and softener.
$2 a box and payment is made with your laundry card. We make it easy!
Please do not use more than 2 scoops of powder - the machine will FAULT OUT ! Less is definitely more for these beautiful machines.

Can I wash my duvets and mink blankets in the washers?

Yes! You can wash 2 duvets or mink blankets in the Large 18kg washer for only $9 or use our Super Large 28 kg washer for more items. Choose Gentle cycle 5 and always check care labels first.

How long does a wash/dry cycle take?

Each cycle takes approx 25 mins.
This means your washing and drying done in one hour.

What time do you close?

We don't!
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and on public holidays!

Do you have a pet friendly washer?

Yes! We have a Super Large 28kg washer dedicated to washing your pet blankets, towels and bedding. Look for the paw prints on the machine.
